I’ve been wearing this ring daily and it’s, I mean, it’s still holding up really well. It still looks good and hasn’t started looking worn out...

The jewelry ended up looking really nice, so I’m happy with the final piece. The communication just wasn’t the best. I had to reach out a couple of times for updates, and some of the replies felt kind of short, like maybe nobody really read my message or answered everything I asked. They did get back to me eventually, so it wasn’t a horrible experience, but it was a little stressful waiting on a custom order and not feeling fully in the loop.

I was impressed by how fast they got back to me. I sent a quick message and had a helpful reply almost right away, which made the whole thing feel really easy.

The delivery did show up right on time, and everything arrived without any issues. I just wish the driver had been a little more helpful when I asked a quick question, it kind of felt like I was being dismissed. Overall, the delivery itself was fine
